My Quarantine Business Retreat – Day 2

Goal-setting is typically reserved for the new year and performance review. Now, you get to do a deep dive goal setting, thanks to the Coronavirus-19. If you already did this at the beginning of the year, great! Take a look at how the quarantine will affect those goals. Determine what modifications need to be made to still meet your targets. Consider how changes can be made to prevent emergencies from affecting those goals in the future. If you haven’t set any goals for the year, look at your business plan or the last time you did set goals and see how you are doing. Determine what new goals you would like for the upcoming year. Don’t forget the long-term goals, too! You can always make some 3,5,7, and 10-year projections.

Comment with how you’re setting your business to be “emergency-resilient”, including how you’re adjusting goals.
